I went with ceramic headers,a full 3in exhaust, and a K&N cia, irridium plugs, msd wires, msd coils, royal purple oil... will my computer adjust for new stuff or will I have to have it tuned by smarter person?

it will run fine with those mods. Nothing major there that would require tuning. However tuning is always a good idea to take full advantage of mods and such. ;)
