The tuning was done by Ed Wright at Fast Chip. I'm not the average 17 year old. I've done all the work to my car myself except tuning and rear end. I'm not some snot *** kid that doesnt know **** from **** under a car.

I've ran Autolites, Bosch ,and AC Delco and bosch was the worst. The car was Dyno Tuned so I'm pretty sure it was all done right. The guy that tuned it has been in the business for over 30 years and drag racing since it was around. My guess would be he knew what he was doing.

Harris, I was reffering to your when something is different when it is new and used. No ****, I'm not flying off the hook, you were just stating the obvious. All I put in the post was a warning to everyone else. I've not heard one person in real life say a good thing about Bosch plugs, now I know why.

****, i was just trying to help some people out.

The only reason I took the egr off was because of the great pace setter headers I bought. No way could I get that thing to stop leaking.

I'm taking it up there next week for him to tune it again anyways. I wasnt to happy with it but I'm not satisfied with those plugs. I've had two freinds run the 2+ in their trucks and one truck ran terrible. I say this not only from my car but other cars I've seen them on.

I ran platinum plugs.... for about 3 days? Car ran like sh*t... this was PRE nitrous!!!!

I currently run champion copper plugs for N/A.

I will never suggest platinum's for our cars.... I'm not new to the game here... I will continue to run my champion copper's... but people tell me I'm wrong too

^ i feel the exact same way about platinums..i cant say enough crap about them..i even know of a couple used car dealers that..when they buy a car..if it has platinums they switch them out to copper just to make them run better

Why? Because they have money? Just because they're fast doesn't automatically mean they know what they're talking about.

Not saying these guys don't know anything, but I just hate hearing that crap.

You're running a high 14 in a highly modified car. Lots of people here have done that with just intake and exhaust. Does that mean you don't know anything?

Track temp was 112*. Humidity was out the roof (Always is in oklahoma). Tranny Wouldnt shift correctly. Had a blown header gasket. Had a terrible set of plugs in it.

Thats why it ran what it ran. The guys with Z's were running low mid 14's... Everyone out there the night I went said they were running atleast .5's slower than normal.

i took out my POS Bosch platinum 4s until i get a turbo. i bought the plugs brand new right after i bought my brand new car! i thought dumping ~$85 into some plugs would be a great idea
oh ya, i also bought Accel Extreme 8mm's (they went to ****e!! when i pulled them out they were all cut up!!)
now im back to the stock OEM AC Delco Champions.
oh ya, when i pulled one of the Bosch plat 4s it completely broke off, cheap material
                            what a waste

Jsut because they run the fastest times doesn't mean they know what htey are doing.

I know alot of stuff, but I will hands down say that Matt knows WAAAAAAAAY more **** then I do.

either way, I had problems with bosch +4 on my 3.4L and heard problems from other non-v6ers..

I recently ran NGK TR55 on my car, but been told but other locals they aren't that great of a plug. I pulled them and slapped in some autolite 605s as per suggestion of some FWD L36 guys to see if it would get rid of a teenie bit of knock I am getting and I noticed no real difference in performance between 14k ngk tr55 and autolite 605s.

Plugs don't make that big of a differnece.
