    Bad fuel filter..

    Ok I bought my car with 45k on it. I had the fuel filter changed close to when I first got it, and it was really bad. Could that have caused any other parts of my fuel/exhaust system to go bad also? If so what parts? I have had my injectors cleaned at a local shop twice since I've had the car, so those should be ok.

    it pretty much just makes your fuel pump wear out faster because it has to work harder. you should be fine now that your keeping up w/ the maintenance.
