ok i replaced my fuel filter and ran a fuel injection cleaner on my car this past tuesday. by thursday my car seemed to loose power. i put it on the scanner today and it said misfire on the #1 cylinder.so i changed my spark plug. took it around the block and it still doing it and it seems worse. so i put it on the scanner and it is reading multiple misfires! what is going on. when i was on the highway earlier it wouldnt go above 5000 rpm and there was a clanking sound. HELP PLEASE!!!

Was the code such as P0300? Or Random misfires?
