extreme shaking

ok so my car started to shake real bad last night when i was coming home from school. idk whats that problem i just changed the spark plugs and wires two months ago. when i turn it on it shakes adn it doesnt stop the exhaust sound funky even when it put it in drive its shakes what do you guys think it is.

no ses light i took it to get it scanned just in case but no i tough a missfire would show up but nothing what do you thignk it is i put the car on stands ima take a look at wire and plugs to see if anythign is wrong
