  • Starting Problems

The other day I parked my car and when I returned it wouldnt start. The engine wouldnt even turn over......and not even a click when I turned the key. The starter and solenoid were recently replaced and the starter fuse was fine.........If anyone could give me some insite as to why my car wont start it would be greatly appreciated. btw it was raining the day my car gave out if that helps.

Could be a dead cell in the battery. Thats what happened to mine in August.

Lights, radio, and all other electronics work......and I can get it started by doing a push start so ive ruled out the battery.

If the electronics work without the car running, it isn't the battery.

I replaced the starter in mine when the old one finally quit. I ended up having to replace that reman starter with another one because the solenoid got stuck and we didn't know what was wrong.

So it does start from a roll? I was going to suggest VATs problem, but not if it does run.
