Is a 2.8 3.4 and 3.8 liter the same motor just a diffrent strok? can I get headers from a 2.8 or a 3.8 and putt them on my 3.4 Camaro?

No... they're not. Headers are designed for each motor specifically.

The 2.8 & 3.1 heads are the same. The difference between the 2.8/3.1 & the 3.4 heads is that the 3.4 heads will have better valve train (being newer) and I've heard a bigger seat for springs.
Avoid 82~84 2.8 heads as these have the smaller vales. The only ones you should look for are 84 H.O heads (same as the 85+ MPFI heads) thru 953.4 heads. All will interchange.The bastardification of Third & Fourth gen cars.Comment

The 2.8, 3.1, and 3.4's are 60-degree V6 blocks.
