Engine coolant Temps - the closer to 210 F the better the gas milage
Air Inlet temp - cold air is nice for power, but if your looking for economy, you need to heat up that intake air. The best solution would be to have heated intake air for normal driving, and cold air for WOT. Thats the way I had it set up for my 72' Formula. Gotta figure out a way to do it to the 99!
