i heard it was not good to put synthetic oil in a engine that has been running normal oil well i am rebuilding a engine and was pretty sure it was ok to run synthetic but just wanted to ask this is a engine that has 70k miles and normal oil. let me know [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Go with synthetic.
You don't want to switch back and forth.
Reg oil to syunthetic is fine
You may want to go w/ the royal purple oil. I am told it may free up a couple more lost hp.
