  • best way to bleed collant system?

I am to understand that there is only one bleeder valve on our cars right?

what is the most effective way to bleed the system? I have a lot of air in it right now.

I have been letting the car run and then opening the bleeder valve. I let it stay open for a long time and the air doesnt seem to stop coming out.

your letting it warm up first right? Eventually it should stop coming out... I know mine did.

yeah i popped the radiator cap off and re filled the radiator, i guess all the fluid i put in the radiator pumped into the engine and there was non left in the radiator.
Its the simple things i never think off lol. Was checking my oil and gaskets and everything trying to see if coolant was getting into the oil lol. I always assume the worst

I know it does take awhile. Mine did when I replaced the radiator, seemed like it took forever.
