Ok, now that I've done my cat-back i think i've been bit by the 'mod bug' ;) . So i'm trying to think of what i can do next. I'm planning on getting a 2.5" in/out high flow cat, rksport headers, but after that i'm stuck :( . What else is there to do w/ a 3.4L I would really rather not mess with the engine itself.
Anyone with ideas? If you suggest something please go into a little detail (why, how hard, etc.)
try underdrive pulleys, they free up some hp and let you rev a little quicker. Take care of all the intake stuff such as the free mods that are listed as well as filter, cold air intake, ect. That will get you hp/tq and throttle response.
Cold air intake: Moroso, K&N, or SLP $200
underdrive pulleys: ASP $80
ignition: MSD DIS-4 $320
shifter: B&M or Hurst $170
These are all basic mods which are easy to install and afordable.
Some easy suspension mods are:
bigger sway bars with poly bushings and endlinks $200
SLP T/O springs $50
SLP T/O shocks $50
RED 1995 CAMARO 3.4L<br />Moroso cai, ASP Underdrive Pulleys, B&M Shifter, Flowmaster 80-Series Muffler, Polygraphite Sway Bar Bushings, Endlinks, and Panhard Rod Bushings
Ok, here's what i'm looking at so far...
in no paticular order:
1. rksport headers
2. high flow cat 2.5" in/out
3. Jetchip
4. N2O (got some questions about this one ;) )
5. gears
6. torque converter
7. LSD
ok, what order do you guys think i should go in? (this stuff is going to be done as money is available) what brands do you guys suggest? any particular place to buy from? what can i install w/ some help and what do i need done for me?
as far as nitrous goes, what size shot can a 3.4L handle? wet/dry? what kit?

He's already got a cold air induction, look at the sig.
But here's the order I would recommend you take (out of the items you listed):
1. High flow cat (Catco from SummitRacing.com - $50)
2. gears & LSD (swap in a Z28 rear and get both at the same time, as well as rear disc brakes - something like $350 I think, can be found at SpeedAutomotive.com)
3. JET chip
4. torque converter
5. headers (you may look into Pacesetter headers also)
6. Nitrous
Other goods to consider:
-Shift kit (TransGo) since you have an automatic
-Aluminum driveshaft (can get a used one from SpeedAutomotive.com for about $175 I think or buy new from GMPartsDirect.com)
-Strut tower brace (BMR has good ones for about $85)
-Subframe connectors (check out BMR)
i installed a posi myself, it only cost about 100 bucks. If i could do it over i would have swapped a z28 rearend. It still is the best money I have ever spent on my car, its worht it. If you want to go with n20 i suggets a NOS dry kit 85 shot. if my current ZEX kit deals falls through I'll let you know. rksport headers leak, screw 'em. Just get pacesetters, i wish they made them for the 3.8l. If you want more n20 info, do a search in the forum.

One of a T/A or formula would work too right? I'd kind of like to stay w/ the same type of car. Can i install this or will i have to have it done?

In the Modification review on this board it says that the 3.4L headers don't have a prob. leaking is that ?? Where can i get the pacesetters? which costs more?
also w/ a torque converter what brands and stuff should i look at.. anyone have one on their 3.4?
Well, I don't really know if any 3.4 guys with the rksport headers. Most guy for Pacesetters I believe because of cost. But the 3.8 guys al get leaks. And yes a T/A or formula rear will work, just don't get one with traction control
well i found pacesetter headers for 3.4L at Summit Racing part number PSM-70-1208 about $200 if i do these and a high flow cat at the same time would it be worth paying someone else to do it or should i do the headers myself and have someone else put on the cat
Not much going on, replaced my Kenwood double din stereo with a Pioneer double din, the Kenwood had problems. Then replaced my power inverter for my reverse...
Hi all new to the community here. I have a 2014 RS 6 speed manual... and so about a year ago my tail lights got cracked and eventually the plastic housing...
