Heres my situation. Around December, my head gaskets went on my 94 Camaro (3.4L). I went through about 4 gallons of coolant in 2 days. My car seemed extremely sluggish, and it wouldnt let me rev it up past 4500rpm's when my car was spitting out coolant. Was probibly stupid to test, but.. It was something else I found out.
I replaced my head gaskets, and my problem with the reving past 4500rpm's is still there, although my over heating problem is gone.
The plugs and wires are fine, replaced them during the rebuild. Did a fuel pressure test and everything seemed alright.

Thats my car WOT in 2nd gear . Very sluggish and notice how it wont rev past 4500 rpm's.
I've been hearing it could possibly be a clogged cat, but i have not yet checked it.
