alright, my dad and i replaced the intake manifold gasket and valve cover gaskets today on his 94 Bonneville, and we came across something that neither of us knew what it was down in the valley. our guess is that it moves oil around, but thats all we got haha. anyone? its the black cylindrical thing in the center that spans the block (surrounded by the rectangle in the second shot). they are the same pic, just one doesnt have the rectangle so you can see better.
