Motorized licence plate holders?

Does anyone know where we can get motorized license plat holders?

Like one that retracts up underneath the bumper? I saw those on a very trick car, I belive it was a 30's Hotrod, replica. The plates could be retracted for show use, but would drop down for street use. Very sweet, but I'm sure pretty expensive.

I don't remember where I saw them though... I know it was on TV
