Whew I thought I was the only one that cut the L shape at the top too. Correct me if I'm wrong but you wouldn't need to on a 99+? I did it on a 98 btw.

I assume the small hole on the lower left was not needed?

Is this the same exact location on a 93-97 firebird?

I cut more to the left top too, to get more grip on the fuel connections. Works great.

Same here. Oh and.. don't cut yourself reaching in there. I had plenty of magical cuts that would appear out of nowhere from that job. Didn't feel em, just saw the trail I was leaving.. oops!

I know the years are the same, but what I mean.. is there any difference in the location of the fuel pump on the camaro (which the pictures are from) and on the firebird? I notice everyone who has posted here about this mod/hack has done it on a camaro. I have two firebirds, and just wanted to confirm it.
