spider cracks.....

ok for some reson im getting the impression if i repaint the front where my bumper is cracking... they'll just come back. is this true?

Yes, they will, its from sun and wear. My spoiler has them they are bearly visible unless you get real real close, i wouldnt worry unless it looks bad and makes it look dull from fat away.

so no matter what i do they'll come back... im assuming then the only way to get rid of them is to get a whole new front bumper...? or can i STRIP and REPAINT the WHOLE bumper and not worry bout it ne more.

It WILL keep happening. You can pro-long that process by putting a sh!t load of coats of clear coat over a new coat of paint.
