More powerful headlight kit?

I need to know if there is any company out there that I can upgrade my headlamps too. I need brighter lights up front. I cant see a thing with the ones I got. The fogs help a little, but not much. Anyone know of better lights, let me know. Thanks.

Well you can always blow $600 and get a true HID conversion kit. As for my, I just went to Wal-Mart and bought some Sylvannia (same brand of our stock bulbs) Cool Blue bulbs. They're not actually blue, they're just the white ones, and they are much brighter. They were only $20.

yeah but your bulbs come out, 97- we have to replace the whole bulb case, you cant just remove the bulb.We have a sealed bulb headlight assembly. The kit for us is discontinued and there is only like 10 or so left floating around on ebay.

I can't remember where but I saw a website where some guy had actually cut his bulb out of his sealed lights and replaced it with some xenon bulbs. It looked really good and it only takes about an hour to do. I'll see if I can't find that webpage again and post the link. It is possible to do, and inexpensive if you do it yourself. 7. Use the same wire connectors to the new Xenon bulb. They should also fit perfectly.

8. Put the headlights back where they came from.

9. Voila! That's it! Then just repeat for the other headlights. Same exact procedure.

I know that this may seem a lot, but trust me, it only takes a half hour to an hour max. Very cheap, easy, and worthwhile mod.

Thanks for the info. Another quick question though. Summit has 9005 and 9006 xenon bulbs, but there are 2 different types for each. Like a 55W, and an 80W. Which is street legal? Are the xenon blues a different color than the hyper white? Which ones should I get.

About the wattage of the bulbs, I'm not sure what the stock bulbs wat is but you should probably stick with that. If you get true Xenon blue bulbs they will be really bright and an eerie blue color which is really cool looking. If you -really- wanna be able to see pretty much everything in front of you, get the hyperwhites. Blue looks cooler though [img]tongue.gif[/img]

On a second thought, you could post your question on Hyperwhite VS Xenon Blue on the appearance board and get their ideas on it. Also, any Autozone or the likes could type in the year and make of your car in their computer and find out what wat bulbs you need in your car, free of charge even. :D Hope that helps.
