the weather stripes on the tops that go around the door are expensive. i can't remember how much exactley but it's NOT cheap. My dad had one with t-tops and it NEVER leaked even under high pressure. Mine does and it doesn't have t-tops. it actually pops out the side windows.

Mine drips in the car wash too. GM only guarantees them not too leak under a certain psi(don't remember the exact psi) which is far below what is used in the car wash. I use Vasaline on all my wetherstriping. Does it leak where the window meets the t-tops? Has the car been in a wreck? Theres alot of things that can cause it to leak. I'd start by looking if the window looks flush to the t-tops and then look for any visable damage.
Yes it was in a wreck so i think im going to have it looked at once!

why don't you readjust your window angle? there are adjustment screws behind the door panel that let you tilt the window in at the front and back. as long as you don't put it in a bind, you're ok.

when i did my conversion, i had to readjust the driver side window a tiny bit so it would fit snug against the weatherstripping.
