  • condesation in oil cap

It is normal to always have water condesation build up in the oil cap? It is always there after a few days of driving. Its not a light sprinkle, nor a heavy soak, just H2O there always.

its mainly clear. there are sometimes a smidgen of cloudy oil off white speckles. not much. how much of the top part of the engine do you have to take off to change out the intake gaskets?

you need to take the heads off, which would mean taking the intake/tb/vale covers off, etc.

basically when you are done just the block and pistons are going to be there

You need to take the heads off to take the intakes off? I've been doing it wrong all these years? Wow. I usually just take off the lid and tubing, pull the alternator out, fuel rail bolts, MAP sensor, remove fuel rail, remove coil packs as assembly, unbolt upper intake, unbolt lower intake, voila.

It's no need to take off the heads.

It take me about 7hour to do it seriously with a professionnal, don't forget to clean the gasket surface.

The most difficult is not to brake the two little plastic elbows. As i live in france there cost 35$ each

no i don't think but you will loose coolant soon.

Do you have oil in coolant, mine was like this and now my oil level don't change

I'd monitor the oil and coolant to see if there are any changes. If it's just building a little moisture, I wouldn't worry. If the oil starts looking milky, then I'd worry.
