if the a/c clutch does not engage will you not get air blowing into the car through the vents or will you get air just not cold air? because when i switch the fan on, the a/c clutch does not engage and you cannot feel any air comming through the vents, also I can here clicking from a relay on the pass side of the car near that silver AC tank.

you should get air blowing if the clutch doesn't engage it will just never get cold. If you aren't getting air blowing AND the clutch isn't engaging. This sounds like either a relay or fuse is dead.

I had the same problem, it was the relay. Just pull a (NON IMPORTANT!!) relay that is the same and swap it in to the one for the AC Compressor. If it works, you know it is the relay and buy another one.
