does anyone know where the test port for the oil pressure is on a 2001 camaro? lately my oil gauge has been fluxuating, when the car is being driven it reads at slightly higher than 60 but when i first tap on the gas it rises all the way up to 120 and stays there for a bit, any ideas whats going on?

Re: high oil pressure
sounds like a faulty pressure sensor, if you wanna test it, that'd be the place to do itY87 Package

Re: high oil pressure
Just hook up a mechanical gauge and use that to read the pressure. If it differs from what you normally get, then you have a bad sender. If it reads the same, then you've got problems. But it's probably the sender just acting goofy.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock
