Stock plugs and wires... how long do they last on '00s?
Stock plugs and wires... how long do they last on '00s?
My warranty went through, has a $100 deductable...
my belt could be replaced, looking pretty rough could be replaced, wonder if its worth leaving in until I need plugs wires, and have it all done at once
a new belt takes all of 2 minutes to take off old and install new belt, warranty??...thats easy stuff man...and I wasnt aware that they cover plugs under warranty...even so there 100,000 mile plugs...so they say...
I guess the 3.8L guys don't really know me as well as the 3.4L guys...
I can do all the stuff with my eyes closed, I ahve done rear end swaps, disc brake conversions(before anyone really every did them), torn apart motors and such, as for the belt, I thought I was famous for "cheating" at the track and pulling it on and off...
The fact is, I have a slight rattle in the exhaust, plugs/wires, and the drivebelt. I can see that all costing more then my deductable in just parts, yet alone the time for me to do it.
I coudl get it all done at the dealer, and maybe test drive something while I wait
I am paying for the warranty might as well milk it.
