Re: Bogging?!?!?!?!?! Help
Manual or Auto? I had a problem that sounds kinda like yours before and it was the torque converter, my car was stuttering on gear shifts and on take off. But start with zpwn06's stuff - so much little stuff could cause problems.2k2 Camaro

Re: Bogging?!?!?!?!?! Help
did you have your a/c or defrost on. your a/c compressor could be shot. it could not be turning right. which would make your belt not move correct and will mess with your idel. that could also cause a grinding nose in your bay. something that you don't want to happen. cause that means that the clutch in the compressor went. which is putting debree into your system.

Re: Bogging?!?!?!?!?! Help
I always put 93 in my car which is stock other than the exhaust.. I've said this many many times so here goes again. with 93 octane in my 02 my throttle body is much much much cleaner than my 98 which has been run on like 89 octane. The mile differences are about 10,000. The 98 was driven like a grandma and I've taken the 02 to the track. I'm convinced. And a couple bucks more for a fill up is fine by me to take care of the engine.
Besides that.. on the lines of what kristen said.. my girlfriends water pump was going bad and coincidently when she told me to take a look at it not more than 5 seconds after starting it up the whole serpentine belt froze besides the crank pulley.
Maybe you could take off your serpentine belt and see if there's a pulley that doesn't like to move or makes noise.

Re: Bogging?!?!?!?!?! Help
Here's a piece of advice. Take it to a pro. There has been everything from a TC mentioned, to a tune up, to ac compressor, alternator, oil and fluids (Wait HTF could fluids cause a grinding noise). If you have the ses light coming on get it read and tell us the code. You can't diagnose a car over the internet.Let's flip a coin. Heads I get tail, Tails I get head.
