What parts are interchangable with my 3.4 from other V6 engines?

Hey this is my first ever post on here. I was woundering what parts I could enterchange to make my 3.4 stronger? I remember seeing somthing about taking the intake manifold from a 3.1 or a FWD 3.4 and they'd bolt up but is that true? And if so could I just change that and stick with it? And is it hard to do?...Sorry to be a pest to you guys but I had questions to I came to the real Camaro Boys

But the article says that the power of the car is as good as the bottle neck on it. So what would be the point.
