...so i set out this mornin' for the 2 for $2 sausage/egg/cheese mcmuffin special @ micky D's...everything's goin' good, cruisin' back home, car's runnin' fine...i pull into my driveway and park, and before i put the car in park, i noticed a kinda shutter and noticed my oil pressure had dropped to about 20-22 lbs....it was steady @ 40 lbs. (where it normally runs) only a minute before...i shifted into park and tapped the gas and the shutter went away, but the oil pressure hung right @ 20 lbs. and now there's a pretty prominant "sucking" sound comin from the driver's side of the motor...i thought it might be a vac leak, but the only vac hose i know of on that side is the brake booster hose, and i checked that...no leak. any other vac spots, or somethin else that could be causin' this? or has it probably always been there, and the shutter made me overly sensitive to any wierd noises?

every once in a while my oil pressure will drop to around 20 lbs. under normal driving, but it wont stay there, and it never drops while i'm driving like that, usually from start to start it'll go down then right back up...

the car has 213,000 miles and this is the first time i've felt rough running of ANY kind like that...

If the sucking sound is constant, I'd spray a throttle body cleaner at different areas till you notice a jump in rpm... it should help you locate a vac leak if its there.

      Congrats on +200,000k!
