Missfire when wet

So i did a tune up on the side where all the misfires.(driver side) Also replaced the 2 coils.. but now every time it rains or she gets a car wash i get bad flashing light misfire.. on 5 and sometimes 3.. What or how can i fixs this problem if any one eles is haveing it or had it

did you put the plug boot grease on?

make sure your your wires are fully connected to the plugs/coilpacks
