Im almost 100% positive it isnt plugs/wires because theyre brand new. Could possibly be coil pack but I checked it out and everything looks fine. I can hit the cat and you can hear pieces inside of it just flying around everywhere.

So that's more than likely why your engine is bogging.
Problem solved!
Took the cat off and went for a test drive, now there is no problem at all. Now to gut the cat and weld it back in. Also noticed just a tad bit more torque. Left a nice burnout :banana:
