seat noise

On my camaro there is t/a seats (cause of european).

When nobody is on the passenger side my seat had a little play and it make noise when i drive.

Does this is normal or something is not tightened enough. The two seat are like this

Does i could tightened the bolt? How i could remove the plastic protection?
