What would happen if it put my car on oxygen. First off i know nonthing about nitrous. And this may sound like a crazy question. But lets say i installed a oxygen bottle with a regulator in the rear of my car, and wired a valve up to that. Ran the wires inside to a switch. Then when ever i would need a little extra push i could flip the switch on. Im not talking about having a large amount of oxygen blowing into my intake, but jest a small amount. What do you guys think, would this be ok?

Highly explosive. That's why people use nitrous oxide. The nitrogen settles the oxygen's explosive tendencies. Your plan would basically turn your engine into a grenade. It has been discussed a few times on this website and I am sure plenty of times on others. For more info, try a google search or even a search on this site. You might come up with the answers you are looking for.- Josh
If you have any questions or need installation pics/help, e-mail me: Viper98885@aol.com
\'93 Camaro Hardtop
\'01 Lincoln LS8 Sport
\'00 Yamaha YZF-R6
Full Throttle Performance

Well medical grade oxygen is explosive, but what about oxygen that is used with like a cutting touch? All it does is support fire and it by its self is not flamable.http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2245261 Green 1997, 105k, all stock except for Z28 front springs, Air shocks in the rear, home made coolant recovery tank, home made battery hold down.
