How to remove oil dipstick tube

Need help on how to remove the oil dipstick tube. I attempted to do it the other day, but was only able to remove the bolt holding it in place from the top of the engine, but the sucker won't budge. Do I need to just pull hard enough to pull it out or is there another bolt holding it down from beneath? Any help will be greatly appreaciated.

Oh come now, some of you gear heads must know....

It may be frozen to the block. Try and twist/turn the tube a little to see if you can break the seal.
