Any auto parts store should have a fuel line disconnect tool. Kind of looks like a pair of scissors, with a round thing at the end. You clamp it over the line and push it into the connector.
You can also do it with a couple small screwdrivers, but that's pretty tricky.
it should not be hard. once you do the first one you get the feel for it. basically insert the quick disconnect tool over and into the connection while pushing the two sections of fuel line together tightly. pop the disconect tool into the connection and you will feel it 'pop'...now you can pull the connection apart. i have pics of the tool and some similar instructions on my link above.
don't forget to pop your gas cap and also drain the fuel rail schraeder valve first. the disconnect tool you want is 'gm/ford 3/8 - 5/16 quick disconnect tool'. it should be no more than 4 or 5 bucks. the 3/8 end is for the fuel feed line and the 5/16 end is for the fuel return line.
don't get me started on how the vortech fmu that ships with the rksport kit comes with two 1/4" fuel lines....sheesh...what dorks.
