coolant questions

I flushed my coolant monday with the prestone heater hose thing. Now I have filled the radiator with a 50/50 mix of green antifreeze/water, but the engine block holds more than half of the coolant, which is now mostly water i would assume after the flush. is there a way to get that out.
now my next question. I ran water through the overflow reservoir also, and now i cant get it out. I took the overflow tube off of the radiator, but nothing will come out of it. But when I blow on the hose, you can tell that it the overflow reservoir has fluid in it. And the coolant dipstick shows that it is past the full mark.

...try starting the car with drain open and monitor the temp....just a thought

the knock sensors act as drains for the engine block.

to empty the overflow either remove the battery and the tank itself or get a little siphon pump.
