when i had gotten my car that light came on. So i searched ''abs inop'' and this forum came up So i started doing a search and it turned out that the reason for the light was that my 3rd brake light bulb was burned out.
i replaced it, and since then the light hasnt returned. My car has GPS trackin\',traffic alert, its own phone #,PS2,screens. And What da H3ll,When I Turn da key it says \"You\'ve got mail\".....
I swear and promise.. I\'ve had more cars then Charlie Thomas.. bounces in a Monte\' that hopped.. LoL thats hilarious... let me think, mine was comin on a while ago... Dont remember why, but it usually was doing that when I was messing with My cai and doing the occasional WOT then brake hard. turned out I had a bad caliper that I changed a few months later. the light didnt stay on. I just had to turn the car on and off. but it turned out the caliper was locking up. Rear driver side. - but only when I would get all teh way into the brakes. thats just me,.97 Special Edition Bird , Short bus stlye special

It means several things. Most common, low voltage. Whcih leads to your alternator going out or a bad cell in the battery.94 Quasar Blue Z28
http://www.9t4z28.com
http://www.9t4z28.com/Dyno1.htm

actually i think your right. when i wrecked the RS in november, the shop had a problem with the alarm going off every 2 seconds, and kept un-doing the positive side of the battery terminal. caused the bolt to wear out.
i had jimmy rigged it to bring it home, and put it away for the winter- not thinking of the battery. i had pulled in the driveway yesterday and the car wouldnt re-start. popped the hood and the conncetion came out.
fixed the problem by goin to circut city and getting a GM bolt of systems. That should fix the problem, as well as make it easier to connect and disconnect the system.
thanks for the help!-Justin-
Red 1996 Camaro RS- Wrecked 11-1-03...

1991 Camaro RS
