• PDA-Dyno - Has anyone seen this?

I am not sure if this should go here or in the Lounge, but I'll give it a shot here since it's car related. I just got my new set of Nology wires for my 3.4L V6 and they sent a brochure for a "PDA-Dyno" with it. It looks pretty damn nice and works as a OBDII scan tool too. Check out the link below for all of it's capabilites.

BTW, the Nology wires that I have here are pretty badass.

I've been debating on this one for a while now.... just trying to justify the money. ;) The only bad thing about ALL PDA OBD-II diagnostic scanners are that they do NOT support brand enhanced parameters where as my Autotap does. :(

According to the Nology website, you download the parameters for the brand of car you are working on and upload those onto your PDA.

As far as the price, I agree. But then I was thinking that considering 3 dyno runs is $75, this would pay for itself in a small amount of time.

That's only for Diagnostic Trouble Codes, not enhanced parameters.

For example, you won't be able to read individual cylinder misfires or knock retard.
