    Re: egr problem

my EGR valves are probably stuck shut as well but i aint spendin 200 bux for a new one, heck you don't even really need a working one. My car seemed to run BETTER with the egr harness unplugged.

My ses light has gone on and off for months because of some egr problem. Only does it at highway speeds so assuming it's not opening properly. Seems to perform a little better to me, possibly running rich? Until it prevent my car from running **** it. When it does I'll delete with a $5 plate.

your engine should run better and cleaner, your not putting all of that garbage back into your engine

                    Re: egr problem

mine idles smoother with it on.

i couldnt pass emissions, so i bought a used one from ebay for $50 and it passed.

the ses light still comes on though.

                    i just ignore it.
