Did you make sure that the hot wire on the alt isn't touching the casing of the alt. That will def cause problems. Like I told you earlier. Try it with bigger wire. I run kicker's 0/1 wiring for the big 3. I can run a/c full blast, system full blast, and idle with brakes and no dim. If you do it right that lil 105A alt. will do the job.
Think of the wire size as your exhaust size.
