I have A 2000 v6 camaro and i noticed (mostly on the highway) that when the car is at a steady speed the rpm's begin to surge. it goes away whenever i accelerate of decellerate but then will eventually come back. im thinking its the coil packs since i have just replaced the spark plugs and wires but could anything else cause this?
