FLASHER QUESTION !!!!!

How does the flasher look? I believe it's located under the dashboard. right? How much does it cost? I think I saw somewhere in here it's 10 bucks. is that right?
I'm going to replace it and I want to know what I'm looking for.
I have a 2002 Firebird.

F*cking dealer wants to charge me $250 to replace the rear turn signal sockets and the flasher. I know I can do that for 40 bucks.
Worse thing, I know that's not even what's causing the shortage in my car, which is the reason why I took my car to the dealer in the first place.
