SES light flickers and the car smells rich after I turn it off

As the title says, When I start going down the road my SES light comes on and it'll go off and come back on in a few seconds and go back off. Also when I turn the car off and get out I can smell gas like it's running rich. My guess on this is a spark plug gone bad? Anyone have a suggestion as to what this is?

if it doesnt misfire,its not the plugs,,,sounds like the o2 sensor.

Already tried that :). The folks at advanced don't know their left from their right though because they used a OBDII scanner on my 95. Everytime it came up error........ hmm

OBDI with OBDII adapter cable... '95 3.4 is so wierd.
