whats the bolts size of the starter of a 3.4?? the bolt that holds the starter to the engine

Don't get me wrong, its not that I don't care... I just don't know, probably like the most rest of us. I would guess that it's a metric 10, 13, 15, or 17 mm, which is what I have found most bolts to be on the engine. A set of extensions and a universal joint as well as some closed end wrenches would also be a good thing to bring along. Having not taken off the starter on this car, those would be my best guesses. As far as thread sizes and length, I would have no clue. To be safe, and rather than tell him something completely wrong, I chose not to say anything, but I'm still interested in the thread and his situation. Hence I thought I was doing him a favor to not say anything rather than sound like I know what I'm talking about, hence the "no problem."Originally posted by 3.4orNothing View Post
