No but it can be adjusted. Why would you want to?

<blockquote>quote:</font><hr>how would you adjust it <hr></blockquote>
AFAIK, the only way to adjust it is with the Hypertech Power Programmer 3 or custom PCM tuning which is not widely available if it's available at all.
<blockquote>quote:</font><hr>Is there any point at all to messing with the rev limiters <hr></blockquote>
There's no point in adjusting your rev limiter if you have stock valve train. Without valve train modifications (springs, retainers, etc.) and a performance camshaft (with high RPM power band), you'd 1) blow your engine, 2) waste your time since stock power drops around 5600 RPMs.
<blockquote>quote:</font><hr> also, what other stuff have you messed with the HPP3? <hr></blockquote>
Since I have a 5-speed manual, options are somewhat limited for me with my HPP3. I have installed the 93 octane power tuning, adjusted fan on/off temps, and increased the top speed limiter to 255 MPH. Since I have stock rear gears, the same overall tire height, and stock valve train, I had no reason to change the other options.
EDIT: Spelling Errors!
