ses light again

yesterday all of a sudden after pulling away from a light my car started shaking pretty hard under heavy load. today it still does it but the ses light just turned on. before anyone says plugs/wires I put them in about a year and a half ago along with a new cat. I don't take the car to the track and don't drive it that hard. could it be a bad sensor ie: O2, maf,map etc. I also put a slp cai in last week, could that possibly have screwed up the air/fuel ratio. I am sure someone already posted a question just like this but i am leaving for work and don't have time to search.

it sounds like a coil. same thing happend to my car. take it to a place that has a diognostic computer to see which cilender has the missfire.

definitely a jacked up coil, i had the same problem and i threw a new coil on and worked like new

don't rule out the possibility of plugs or wires. Best thing to do is get the code read and see what it says. If it is multiple cylinder misfires, then u r looking at a coil pack or the ignition module, or simple more plugs n wires
