  • Need part taken off. How? need this answered fast please!

    its the little black triangle piece by the doors. are they glued in? whats the best way to take them off??

    if you mean the ones up by the side mirrors, they just have a screw in them which you can access by opening the door.

    if you don't mean this triangle piece than i'm sorry.

      lol thanks man, no its the one black piece thats behind the door by the roof panel.. I just took the mirror triangle part off with the door.. which is going in next weeks trash.

        After looking at the parts manual, it looks like a screw from the inside holds it there. It shows the screw coming in going towards the front, so I'm guessing it is behind one of the plastic peices inside.

          thats crazy. lol I didnt see a screw, but I'll look again, what parts manual are you looking at?

              ^ i was just looking and I cant see one either. I just wanted to take it off, so I can get a better looking paint job in that spot.. but Im also cutting the roof panel off, to put a stock t top one in its place and I might aswell take that off too..

                  We pulled my buddies off of his 99' they were glued on. Used a heat gun on it and they came off like butter.
