While on a speed bump is it normal to only go half way up it and the car roles back wards, even with a automatic?

I always try and go as sideways as possible, to avoid ripping everything off from the bottom of the car. I'im SOOOOOO glad I'm not lowered, as there are some monster bumps out there. What are people thinking?

there is a pro/con about going sideways over them.
+ you don't scrape things underneath
- you'll throw your car out of alignment

you're better off going real slow over it with both front wheels going over it at the same time.

ehhh... the faster you hit them the less noticeable the speed bumps are

Also when you get to speed Humps, its cool to take it ot about 90 and hop it.
