• Is there a way to tell if you are running lean?

See mods below. I ask this because sometimes when I'm in 2nd gear driving slow (automatic) and punch it, it taks off like a bat out of hell, but it seems to cut out after reaching high RPMs right before the shift. It just goes quiet for a SPLIT second then shifts like normal. Thoughts?

If you want to check to see if you're running lean, pull a spark plug out and see if it's white. That's a good indication you're running lean. Other than that, I haven't a clue how to diagnose automatics. Could be a speed sensor on the transmission or something else....I dunno.
Nitrous is like a hot chick with an STD....you wanna hit it, but you\'re affraid of the consequences...

http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=244935

If it's hesitating before shifting at WOT, might be your transmission telling you that it's about to take a dump.

I smell egg a mofo, but I figure it's because I've cut everything off behind my cat and welded in a turndown. REV LIMITER!!! BINGO! I never even thought of that! Thanks.
