Alright, I've noticed that as I get lower on gas, the car seems to run abit rougher. A bit hesitant for WOT acceleration, seems like it's kinda lugging around, not cruising like usual. Every time I gas up, it almost seems like a whole different car. Could this be a sign of my fuel pump going? If not, any idea? I usually try and gas up aorund 1/4-1/2 tank, to help keep the pump lasting, but I did run it close to E last time.

probably there is a lot of crap floating around your tank, and when you get low, its clogging your filter/sock -

I would just check your fuel pressure and see what it is.
