I have a 98 Camaro 3.8 litter K&N dosent make an Intake for my year will the 99 model work on my 98?? Need Help

With some modification, yes.

The reason you can't(w/o modification) use the FIPK is that
-95-98 have angled throttle bodies
-99+ have straight throttle bodies

If you want the same amount of power, for roughly the same price, I suggest going with the system I currently am using.
