      i used msd wires on when i did this and i wouldnt worry about not havin the heat shields, it wont harm the wires, if you really are that concerned just by some of the sleeves to put on the ones closest to the headers. ive seen people that have msd wires touching their headers and they havent had a problem. what plugs did you use?

        I used the NGK G-Power plugs. Part number 3403 I think.
