I stand corrected then...every car I ever worked on has been equipped with a MAF.

Did I notice a difference with the screen off? I can't answer that...I did my whole intake mods at one time...so...

if the maf screen is so important to the maf sensor then why doesn't the 3.4 have one?

Does the 3.4 even have a MAF? I didn't think they did.

I just pulled the screen out and sprayed it with some carb cleaner..wasn't dirty at all. When I get my hands on some money, I'm going to begin with the mods Christopher has =)

I think they said the 3.4 didn't have a MAF sensor, it has MAP sensor.

3.4's do not have MAF sensors, that is what makes running dry Nitrous kits on them so dangerous.
