Which Oil? You Vote!

Ok guys, my camaro still has some time for an oil change and the car has a pretty new motor around 20 to 30K, im currently using mobil 1 fully synthetic and it works great, but i will never know how it compares to other oils so im counting on your votes,i will list the options and you choose which oil along with it's weight(ex.10w 30) and give a short explaination,experience and pros also cons of using that specific oil, so please choose an oil that you think is best suited for my engine(low mileage)
1.) MOBIL 1 FULLY SYN-(5W-30)(10W-30)(OR OTHER WEIGHT)
2.) ROYAL PURPLE FULLY SYN-(5W-30)(10W-30),,,,,
3.) VALVOLINE FULLY SYN-(5W-30)(10W-30),,,,,
4.) CASTROL FULLY SYN-(5W-30)(10W-30),,,,,

These are the top four oils i have choosen so now you guys vote! just put the name of the oil FIRST along with it's weight and then your summary,at the end i will decide or place which oil came first,thanks guys.THE VOTING BEGINS NOW!:rock:

my friends test did a bunch of studies on different types of oil, and i was VERY surprised with the results.

they said that Valvoline was the best oil they tested, for heat/high rpm/anything you can think of, and they actually switched the type of oil they use

personally i would use pennzoil (i know this doesnt help you) but my father has used it since the 70's and i have always used it with no problems (and i guarantee over a million miles on all of the different cars)

Forget them all and use Amsoil.

Actually, what is more important is the filter - Mobil 1 p/n M1-201.

that is important though but this is just for the oil,as for filters i would go with mobil 1 or K&N for royal purple,btw did you want that MAF?

no, my friends dealership did the tests

they basically called a BUNCH of oil companies and ran tests on them all, valvoline came on top.. enough so to make my friend switch from RP to valvoline.. no joke.

personally i dont really like valvoline, but in heat tests, other oils became unuseable, while the valvoline was still good

they also did like high rpm gear bubble tests, and a bunch of stuff.. i would have to talk to him again to find the exact details, but i know he used to use royal purple in his trucks and now he uses valvoline

PERSONALLY i would choose that, i was just giving some info for valvoline, i dont think i would ever use it

any used car i buy, i will use pennzoil if it didnt take syn before i bought it.. any new car i would use mobil 1 (or whatever the manuf. suggested)

RP is what I use and I love it, I'm going from 10w30 to 20w50, See how that works out. I'm in AZ so it doesn't get too cold. So depending on where you live I would decide on what weight to use.

well it's 3 for 3 and btw i live in florida so it is pretty much never cold thats why i deleted my heater hoses.
